Kitty’s Pub
Said to be the very first Irish pub that opened up in Barcelona 19 years ago, Kitty’s Pub is the most popular place to spend St Patrick’s Day. This year the bar will be celebrating the Irish holiday all the way from Friday, March 10th until Saturday, March 18th with a huge programme of events brimming with things to do for the whole family. Expect loads of Irish dancing, traditional Irish food, live bands, a parade and street parties along Numancia street and loads of children’s activities, including face painting, mini rugby games, temporary tattoos and storytelling. Wild Rover
The Wild Rover along Carer de Santa Monica is another fantastic place to celebrate. On March 17th, the Guinness and Irish whiskey (of which they have many varieties) will be flowing, while the bar’s very own leprechaun makes his rounds and entertains the kids by singing and dancing along with the live music. Entertainment will go on all day and well into the night with tribute acts doing the best of everything from the Dubliners to U2.
